I have lead a healthy, active lifestyle from an early age, playing sports in high school and college.  I decided to become a fitness instructor after college to help other people lead healthy lifestyles and reach their goals.  I taught several types of classes at LA Fitness for 14 years (body works, cycling and cardio kickboxing).  I have completed 5 full marathons and dozens of half marathons. I switched gears last year and decided to train for a fitness competition and competed in July 2018.Fun Fact
